An experienced marketing and proposal leader, Janine is Principal of Evenden & Co. A graduate of the University of Toronto with more than twenty-five years of hands-on experience in the AEC sector, Janine has an in-depth understanding of the specialized marketing strategies and approaches required for the competitive, procurement-driven AEC industry. She is a collaborative, persuasive leader who is skilled at managing complex requirements, diverse teams, and competing objectives. Her expertise in distilling complex ideas and information into clear language and actionable project plans is critical to successfully implementing marketing or proposal strategies. Janine works closely with clients and the Evenden & Co team to lead the development of marketing strategy, messaging, winning proposals and marketing collateral that increase industry profile and business opportunities, as well as customized marketing processes and systems to improve consistency and efficiency.
