Strasman Architects Inc. (SAI) is an established, award-winning Toronto architecture firm with more than forty-five years experience across both private and public sectors, and a specialized expertise in design for the transit and industrial sectors. The firm’s marketing efforts and proposals had typically been led by the firm’s principals with support from a marketing administrator. Evenden & Co began working with SAI in 2019 as their Off-Site Marketing Team. Our full-service approach enabled us to provide a significant opportunity for the principals to redirect their focus to operations and projects. This approach resulted in notably increased industry presence, recognition of projects through awards, articles, and advertising, enhanced internal marketing communication and efficiency, and proposals with improved quality and success rate.

Evenden & Co led and refined the firm’s marketing operations and worked on the day-to-day development of winning proposals and communications, simultaneously establishing a collaborative and systematic approach to marketing and sales communications, opportunity tracking, and go/no-go evaluations throughout the management and marketing team.

We led the development of RFP responses, industry presentations, award submissions, and marketing campaigns, including social media, focusing on increasing the firm’s presence in targeted sectors and throughout the industry.
