Strategic Environmental Planning Solutions (SEPS) is a public engagement and environmental planning firm specialized in leadership for stakeholder engagement and public consultation, exceptional environmental assessment planning, and providing expert advisor services to municipal clients. Evenden & Co provides on-going support for the development of RFP responses for SEPS, who often works in collaboration with different industry partners.

RFP Responses - Evenden & Co developed a proposal template and supporting documentation such as project profiles, graphics, and diagrams, as well as graphic templates for schedules and workplans, which ensured consistent, professional presentation and streamlined the process for future RFP responses. Working in close collaboration with the firm’s principal, we provide overall leadership and coordination for the proposal from start-up to submission, and develop the response document, including establishing win-themes and value propositions for each proposal and team, and supporting the development of targeted writing for methodology and approach.

 Communications & Materials - Through the proposal development process, we developed a library of marketing materials for the firm with consistent messaging and branding, including profiles for the firm and projects that highlighted the SEPS impressive portfolio, and curriculum vitae that demonstrated the extensive expertise of the firm’s founding principal.
