Client: Bluescape Construction Management
Bluescape is an established Toronto-based construction manager firm specialized in high-rise, residential and mixed-use developments in urban spaces. The firm was established in 2008 and had recently undergone a shift in management with the retirement of the original founding partner. The five current partners were seeking to manage the change and elevate the firm’s presence in the market. Evenden & Co worked with Bluescape to develop corporate messaging that demonstrated the firm’s expertise and unique market position and create or refresh materials which supported the firm’s ambitions.
As part of this process, Evenden & Co worked with Bluescape to develop a new corporate presentation, including narrative, visual language, graphics and content, as well as the overall PPT presentation document to serve as the firm’s standarized introduction presentation to new clients.
